Description
The VULKAN LabLine L10 LL is a single-stage in-line regulator built for laboratory piping systems where material cleanliness, leak integrity and consistent outlet pressure matter as much as flow capacity. The body is brass chrome-plated following a vibratory finishing cleaning process that reduces surface fat content to below 100 mg/m², making it suitable for high-purity gas distribution at grades up to 5.0. The stainless steel diaphragm and clamp ring 8 mm connections on both sides support clean, low-contamination installation in analytical, laser and research environments.
With a 20 bar inlet pressure rating, 0–10 bar adjustable outlet pressure and up to 45 Nm³/h flow, the L10 LL covers the working range of most laboratory pipeline distribution headers and tapping point feeds. The leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s confirms helium-leak-proof construction, and the safety gauges are designed according to ISO 5171 for transparent operating visibility.
The LabLine series is engineered to DIN, EN and ISO standards and is compatible with the PED framework. This makes the L10 LL a technically credible answer for laboratory gas infrastructure projects where specification compliance and material traceability matter at the procurement level.
For installations serving multiple tapping points or branch circuits, the L10 LL pairs directly with the Vulkan LabLine Alu-Line 3/8 tapping point bar and clamp ring 8 mm outlet tapping point regulators, supporting consistent pressure distribution across the downstream network.
Key Advantages
- Chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing process for surface fat content below 100 mg/m².
- Stainless steel diaphragm supports high-purity gas service up to grade 5.0.
- Clamp ring 8 mm connections on both inlet and outlet for clean laboratory piping integration.
- Helium leak-proof construction with leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s.
- Safety gauges according to ISO 5171 for compliant pressure monitoring.
Food-Gas / Compliance Positioning
This regulator can be positioned for food-gas projects when ordered with the appropriate wetted materials, elastomers, cleanliness level and documentation package. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 defines the basic requirement that materials in contact with food must not transfer substances in quantities that could endanger health or unacceptably change the composition or organoleptic properties of food. Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 adds GMP requirements for controlled manufacturing processes. In Germany, LFGB is part of the legal framework used for control of food-contact materials and articles.
