Description
The Vulkan LabLine F 10/300 Effect LG is the laser gas configuration of the LabLine F 10/300 Effect, adding a purge valve on the low-pressure outlet side and a shut-off valve in the outlet to enable clean gas changeover. Purging the downstream piping before and after cylinder replacement prevents atmospheric contamination of the gas path — a critical requirement for laser assist gas quality, nozzle protection and beam path integrity in cutting, welding and marking systems.
The integrated Vulkan Effect high-pressure compensation maintains constant 0–10 bar outlet pressure as the cylinder depletes, keeping laser process conditions stable throughout the working cycle without operator intervention.
All Vulkan LabLine regulators are manufactured from brass and chrome-plated after a special vibratory finishing cleaning process, reducing surface fat content to below 100 mg/m². The stainless steel diaphragm and clamp ring 6 mm outlet connection maintain a low-contamination wetted path suitable for high-purity gas grades up to 5.0. The leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s confirms helium-leak-proof construction. The LabLine range is designed and manufactured to DIN, EN and ISO standards and satisfies the requirements of the PED and DGUV.
The LG configuration is available for oxygen, CO₂/argon, helium, nitrogen, hydrogen, forming gas and testing gas in both 200 bar and 300 bar inlet versions, covering the full standard laser assist gas range.
Key Advantages
- Chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing — surface fat content below 100 mg/m².
- Integrated purge valve on low-pressure side — clean gas changeover without atmospheric contamination.
- Shut-off valve in outlet for safe isolation and depressurisation of the downstream laser gas path.
- Stainless steel diaphragm (VA) for high-purity laser gas service up to grade 5.0.
- Vulkan Effect: constant outlet pressure throughout the cylinder working cycle.
- Adiabatic compression tested for oxygen; acc. to ISO 2503.
- Available for 200 bar and 300 bar inlet cylinders.
Food-Gas / Compliance Positioning
This regulator can be positioned for food-gas projects when ordered with the appropriate wetted materials, elastomers, cleanliness level and documentation package. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 defines the basic requirement that materials in contact with food must not transfer substances in quantities that could endanger health or unacceptably change the composition or organoleptic properties of food. Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 adds GMP requirements for controlled manufacturing processes. In Germany, LFGB is part of the legal framework used for control of food-contact materials and articles.
