Description
The Vulkan LabLine F 10/300 F Effect with Flowmeter combines the high-purity LabLine platform with an integrated flowmeter, enabling the operator to set a specific gas flow in Nl/min at a constant working pressure. The chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing cleaning reduces surface fat content below 100 mg/m², making this regulator suitable for high-purity shielding gas supply in precision TIG, MIG/MAG and laser welding applications where both gas purity and accurate flow control are specified.
The Vulkan Effect high-pressure compensation maintains constant working pressure as the cylinder depletes, ensuring that the flow set on the flowmeter remains accurate throughout the working cycle — without the flow increase that occurs when working pressure rises in uncompensated regulators.
All Vulkan LabLine regulators are manufactured from brass and chrome-plated after a special vibratory finishing cleaning process, reducing surface fat content to below 100 mg/m². The stainless steel diaphragm and clamp ring 6 mm outlet connection maintain a low-contamination wetted path suitable for high-purity gas grades up to 5.0. The leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s confirms helium-leak-proof construction. The LabLine range is designed and manufactured to DIN, EN and ISO standards and satisfies the requirements of the PED and DGUV.
Key Advantages
- Integrated flowmeter for precise Nl/min flow setting — critical for high-purity shielding gas quality.
- Chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing — surface fat content below 100 mg/m².
- Stainless steel diaphragm for high-purity gas service up to grade 5.0.
- Vulkan Effect: constant working pressure keeps flowmeter accuracy as the cylinder depletes.
- Clamp ring 6 mm outlet for clean laboratory and welding gas piping.
- Available for 200 bar and 300 bar inlet cylinders.
- to ISO 2503; helium-leak-proof with 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s.
Food-Gas / Compliance Positioning
This regulator can be positioned for food-gas projects when ordered with the appropriate wetted materials, elastomers, cleanliness level and documentation package. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 defines the basic requirement that materials in contact with food must not transfer substances in quantities that could endanger health or unacceptably change the composition or organoleptic properties of food. Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 adds GMP requirements for controlled manufacturing processes. In Germany, LFGB is part of the legal framework used for control of food-contact materials and articles.
