Description
The Vulkan LabLine F 15/300 Effect is the high-purity version of the F 15/300 Effect for the 0–1.5 bar low-pressure outlet class. At 1.5 bar working pressure, outlet pressure variation without compensation represents a proportionally large fraction of the working level — the Vulkan Effect eliminates this drift, keeping the delivered pressure constant throughout the cylinder cycle.
The chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing cleaning reduces surface fat content below 100 mg/m², making the LabLine F 15/300 Effect suitable for high-purity inert gas, forming gas and specialty low-pressure applications where material cleanliness is part of the installation specification.
All Vulkan LabLine regulators are manufactured from brass and chrome-plated after a special vibratory finishing cleaning process, reducing surface fat content to below 100 mg/m². The stainless steel diaphragm and clamp ring 6 mm outlet connection maintain a low-contamination wetted path suitable for high-purity gas grades up to 5.0. The leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s confirms helium-leak-proof construction. The LabLine range is designed and manufactured to DIN, EN and ISO standards and satisfies the requirements of the PED and DGUV.
Key Advantages
- Vulkan Effect: constant 0–1.5 bar outlet pressure — particularly significant stability at low working pressure.
- Chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing — surface fat content below 100 mg/m².
- Stainless steel diaphragm for high-purity gas service up to grade 5.0.
- Clamp ring 6 mm outlet for clean laboratory piping integration.
- Available for 200 bar and 300 bar inlet cylinders.
- to ISO 2503; helium-leak-proof with 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s.
Food-Gas / Compliance Positioning
This regulator can be positioned for food-gas projects when ordered with the appropriate wetted materials, elastomers, cleanliness level and documentation package. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 defines the basic requirement that materials in contact with food must not transfer substances in quantities that could endanger health or unacceptably change the composition or organoleptic properties of food. Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 adds GMP requirements for controlled manufacturing processes. In Germany, LFGB is part of the legal framework used for control of food-contact materials and articles.
