Description

The Vulkan LabLine F 10/2 300 Effect combines the high-purity LabLine construction with the enhanced pressure stability of a double-stage design. The two-stage pressure reduction delivers significantly more stable outlet pressure than a single-stage regulator — reducing pressure variation under changing inlet conditions and fluctuating gas demand. Combined with the Vulkan Effect high-pressure compensation, this provides the maximum outlet pressure consistency available for the 10 bar class in the LabLine range.

The chrome-plated brass body and stainless steel diaphragm are the key LabLine differentiators: the vibratory finishing cleaning process reduces surface fat content below 100 mg/m², and the stainless steel diaphragm maintains a low-contamination wetted path throughout the operating range — qualifying the regulator for high-purity gas grades up to 5.0.

All Vulkan LabLine regulators are manufactured from brass and chrome-plated after a special vibratory finishing cleaning process, reducing surface fat content to below 100 mg/m². The stainless steel diaphragm and clamp ring 6 mm outlet connection maintain a low-contamination wetted path suitable for high-purity gas grades up to 5.0. The leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s confirms helium-leak-proof construction. The LabLine range is designed and manufactured to DIN, EN and ISO standards and satisfies the requirements of the PED and DGUV.

Food-Gas / Compliance Positioning

This regulator can be positioned for food-gas projects when ordered with the appropriate wetted materials, elastomers, cleanliness level and documentation package. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 defines the basic requirement that materials in contact with food must not transfer substances in quantities that could endanger health or unacceptably change the composition or organoleptic properties of food. Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 adds GMP requirements for controlled manufacturing processes. In Germany, LFGB is part of the legal framework used for control of food-contact materials and articles.
