These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gassolutions.pro and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Gas Solutions Ltd. is registered in Bulgaria and operates as an online marketplace for industrial gas equipment across the EU.

Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all sales through gassolutions.pro to both business customers (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). By completing a purchase or submitting a quote request, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.

Products & Descriptions

We sell industrial and technical gas supply equipment — pressure regulators, manifold systems, hose assemblies, valves, and accessories — manufactured by the Everwand Group (Vulkan® and GasTech® brands).

Descriptions and images are provided in good faith. The online shop represents only part of the available catalogue — contact us for the full range.

Pricing & VAT

All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your delivery country and customer type.

• B2B with a valid EU VAT number: reverse charge may apply.
• B2C consumers: VAT charged at the rate applicable in your country of residence.

The price confirmed at checkout is the binding price for your order.

Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.

For custom or large-volume orders via the quote form, the contract is formed upon our written acceptance of your purchase order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store card details.

Delivery

We ship across the EU on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms — we arrange and pay for transport to your delivery address. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

• Delivery times are stated on the product page and in the order confirmation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
• Inspect goods on delivery. Report visible transport damage to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.

B2C Consumer Rights

Right of withdrawal: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods without giving any reason. Notify us at contact@gassolutions.pro before the deadline.

Return shipping is borne by the consumer unless goods are faulty or not as described.

Refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods via the original payment method.

Exclusions: right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a custom specification.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation. B2C consumers benefit from statutory warranty rights under Bulgarian law (minimum 2 years).

For B2B customers, our liability for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. We exclude liability for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for damage arising from improper installation, use outside stated specifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

All website content is the property of Gas Solutions Ltd. or its licensors. Vulkan® and GasTech® are registered trademarks of the Everwand Group. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Bulgarian courts, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country applies.
