Description
The VULKAN LabLine L200LL is a high-pressure in-line pipeline pressure regulator from the LabLine series, built for laboratory and laser gas infrastructure where the downstream working pressure must remain in the high-pressure range rather than being reduced to standard laboratory distribution pressure. With a 300 bar inlet rating and an adjustable outlet range of 15–200 bar, the L200LL covers applications such as high-pressure laser assist gas circuits, high-pressure analytical test rigs, cylinder cascade systems and specialty research installations where gas must be delivered at significantly elevated downstream pressure while retaining the cleanliness and leak integrity standards of the LabLine platform.
The chrome-plated brass body passes through a vibratory finishing cleaning process that reduces surface fat content to below 100 mg/m², qualifying the L200LL for high-purity gas grades up to 5.0. The brass piston diaphragm is the correct execution for this pressure class, providing the mechanical robustness needed to handle large differential pressures reliably over extended service periods. The clamp ring 8 mm connections on both inlet and outlet maintain a low-contamination wetted path consistent with the LabLine product standard. The leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s confirms helium-leak-proof construction.
At 480 Nm³/h maximum flow at 200 bar, the L200LL has significantly higher throughput than standard low-pressure in-line regulators. This makes it suitable not only as a single installation point but also as a header regulator feeding multiple downstream circuits or instruments simultaneously, where consistent high-pressure supply is required across the network without pressure droop under load.
The LabLine range is manufactured to current DIN, EN and ISO standards and satisfies the requirements of the PED and DGUV rules. The L200LL provides a documented, compliant component specification for high-pressure laboratory and laser gas infrastructure projects where both elevated working pressure and traceable high-purity material standards are specified at the procurement or validation level.
Key Advantages
- 15–200 bar outlet pressure range covers high-pressure laboratory, laser and research circuit requirements.
- 300 bar inlet rating compatible with standard high-pressure cylinder and bundle supply systems.
- Up to 480 Nm³/h flow capacity supports header and multi-circuit high-pressure distribution duties.
- Chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing for surface fat content below 100 mg/m².
- Brass piston diaphragm provides mechanical robustness for reliable high-pressure differential operation.
- Clamp ring 8 mm connections on both sides for clean, low-contamination laboratory piping.
- Helium-leak-proof construction with 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s leakage rate; manufactured to DIN, EN and ISO standards.
Food-Gas / Compliance Positioning
This regulator can be positioned for food-gas projects when ordered with the appropriate wetted materials, elastomers, cleanliness level and documentation package. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 defines the basic requirement that materials in contact with food must not transfer substances in quantities that could endanger health or unacceptably change the composition or organoleptic properties of food. Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 adds GMP requirements for controlled manufacturing processes. In Germany, LFGB is part of the legal framework used for control of food-contact materials and articles.
