Description
The VULKAN LabLine L100 LL is the highest-range single-stage in-line pipeline pressure regulator in the LabLine series, designed for laboratory and laser gas installations where the widest outlet pressure class is required. It is suited for high-pressure research installations, specialty process feeds and laser gas systems where downstream pressure requirements extend beyond the standard laboratory range while still requiring the material cleanliness and leak integrity of the LabLine platform. The chrome-plated brass body is produced with vibratory finishing to below 100 mg/m² surface fat content.
The stainless steel diaphragm and clamp ring 8 mm connections on both inlet and outlet provide the low-contamination wetted path that high-purity applications demand. Safety gauges are specified to ISO 5171. The leakage rate of 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s confirms helium-leak-proof construction across the full operating range.
The LabLine range is designed and manufactured to DIN, EN and ISO standards and satisfies the requirements of the PED and DGUV rules. The L100 LL provides a documented, compliant component specification for laboratory and industrial laser gas infrastructure projects that combine high outlet pressure with high-purity material standards in a single installation.
The L100 LL integrates with the Vulkan LabLine system architecture and is compatible with other LabLine in-line regulators, tapping point regulators and Alu-Line 3/8 distribution bars, supporting complete high-purity gas piping networks across laboratory, analytical and laser gas environments.
Key Advantages
- Widest outlet pressure range in the LabLine in-line series for demanding high-pressure applications.
- Chrome-plated brass body with vibratory finishing for surface fat content below 100 mg/m².
- Stainless steel diaphragm for oxygen-compatible and high-purity gas service up to grade 5.0.
- Clamp ring 8 mm connections on both sides for clean laboratory and laser gas piping.
- Helium-leak-proof with 1 × 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s leakage rate; safety gauges to ISO 5171.
Food-Gas / Compliance Positioning
This regulator can be positioned for food-gas projects when ordered with the appropriate wetted materials, elastomers, cleanliness level and documentation package. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 defines the basic requirement that materials in contact with food must not transfer substances in quantities that could endanger health or unacceptably change the composition or organoleptic properties of food. Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 adds GMP requirements for controlled manufacturing processes. In Germany, LFGB is part of the legal framework used for control of food-contact materials and articles.
