Shipping & Returns
We ship industrial gas equipment across the EU. This page explains delivery terms, timelines, the returns process, and how to raise a claim.

All shipments are made on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms under Incoterms 2020:
- We arrange and pay for transport to your delivery address.
- Risk transfers to you at the point of delivery.
- No import duties apply for deliveries within the EU.
We do not currently ship outside the EU. Contact us if you require delivery to a non-EU country — special arrangements may be possible.
Delivery Areas & Estimated Times
We deliver to all EU member states. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Bulgaria: 1–2 business days
- Central & Eastern Europe: 3–5 business days
- Western Europe: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. If you have a specific delivery deadline, contact us before ordering.
Receiving Your Order
Inspect your delivery at the time of receipt. If you notice visible damage:
Damage reported after 48 hours cannot be attributed to transport and will be treated as a warranty claim.
Returns — B2C Consumers
If you are a consumer (non-business buyer), you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason.
Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a custom specification.
Returns — B2B Customers
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted only for:
- Defective or incorrectly described goods.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Transport damage reported within 48 hours.
Goodwill returns of undamaged, correctly supplied goods may be considered at our discretion. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Defective Goods & Claims
Contact us at contact@gassolutions.pro with: order number, description of the defect, photographs, and evidence of correct use. We will respond within 5 business days and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Defects caused by incorrect installation, use outside the stated pressure/temperature range, or modification of the equipment are not covered.
Warranty
Standard warranty period: 24 months from delivery for B2C consumers, 12 months for B2B unless otherwise agreed. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, consumable parts, or damage from misuse.
