History
1911
Where it began
Lambert Fell opens Autogen-Fell in Bonn-Beuel, producing welding hand torches and pressure regulators under the Vulkan brand. In 1932 Hugo Everwand independently founds his own gas welding equipment workshop — first in Lörrach, then Solingen from 1936.

1960–1965
From tools to systems
Production of automated brazing and welding fixtures begins (1960). By 1965 the product range expands from individual equipment to complete gas manifold systems — the core Vulkan product line that continues today.
1979
One company
Both founding companies merge into Everwand & Fell GmbH. Rolf Everwand leads the combined company. By 1983 the brazing machine division expands intensively. In 1994 Michael Everwand (4th generation) enters management.

2002–2012
Group expansion
Everwand Druckgastechnik GmbH is founded (2002) for flexible hose systems. GasTech GmbH for high-purity gas technology is brought into the group (2011). GasTech production moves to Solingen and opens a dedicated clean room (2012).
2014–2024
Certification, digitisation, consolidation
ISO 9001 certification (2014). “Gas Supply 4.0” digital cloud monitoring platform launched (2018). Michael Everwand becomes sole proprietor of the entire Everwand Group (2021). Everwand Druckgastechnik GmbH and GasTech GmbH merge into Everwand GmbH (2023). Partnership with P+K GmbH in mechanical engineering (2024).
